She holds a PhD in Economics & Finance from the University of Portsmouth and serves as a Senior Lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Her expertise spans Corporate Governance, Financial Risk Management, and the strategic application of AI in Finance. As an Executive Advisory Board Member, she advises on institutional strategy and quality assurance. Dr. Al-Rwashdeh is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
